Pelivar is an Andoran High Seat whose soldiers are said to be marching north across the Murandian border. Beyond his rank and this brief mention of his movements, the account offers little about his personality or history. He remains a distant figure of political weight rather than a developed presence in the narrative.
Description
The text gives no physical description of Pelivar. His height, build, age, skin tone, hair, eyes, face, clothing, and distinguishing features are not stated. He is identified as an Andoran High Seat, a title that establishes status but not appearance; avoid treating any imagined noble attire or body type as canonical.
