Pevara Tazanovni is a Red sister whose fierce opposition to the Shadow is matched by a practical, determined mind. She takes part in the secret hunt for the Black Ajah, confronting the dangerous uncertainty within the White Tower rather than settling for comfortable assumptions. Her work brings her into an unusually close partnership with the Asha’man Androl, a bond that challenges old boundaries between the Tower and the Black Tower. Over time, Pevara’s stern resolve becomes a force for cooperation as well as vigilance.
Description
Pevara has the ageless face of an Aes Sedai, smooth and composed in a way that makes her age difficult to guess. The available descriptions do not establish her hair, eye color, complexion, or height, so these details should remain unspecified. As a sister of the Red Ajah, she is associated with the Ajah’s red garments and the formal, layered dress of the White Tower. Her bearing is resolute and direct, with an air of practical authority.
