Sarin is a Warder, a short, broad-shouldered man whose black beard and compact strength make him instantly recognizable. He keeps close to Nisao, his shimmering cloak a practical counterpoint to his solid, unmistakable frame. Later glimpses show him bald and dressed for travel, but his steadfast, grounded presence remains the same.
Description
Sarin is short and heavily built, with a remarkably broad, stocky frame. He has a bald head and a thick black beard that stands out against his otherwise unspecified coloring. He wears Warder’s traveling clothes and a shimmering cloak that seems to distort his outline. His presence is solid and watchful, like a man difficult to move once he has settled in place.
