Serancha gives the impression of a woman who notices every loose thread in an argument and expects it to be mended at once. Her ageless Aes Sedai face and senior station lend her a cool, exacting authority that leaves little room for carelessness.

As head of the Gray Ajah, Serancha is a powerful figure in the Tower’s councils and internal affairs. She pressed successfully for Andaya’s appointment to the Hall, demonstrating the influence she can bring to bear behind formal deliberation. Known for her demanding, painstaking nature, she embodies the Gray Ajah’s insistence on scrutiny and order.
Description
Serancha has the ageless face of an Aes Sedai, its years difficult to read and its expression suited to careful scrutiny. Beyond that distinctive timelessness, her coloring, hair, eyes, build, and customary dress are not specified. Her position as head of the Gray Ajah suggests a formal presence, but the text offers no more precise visual markers.
