Sharina has the steady presence of someone who has spent a lifetime learning how to be heard without raising her voice. Gray hair, lined cheeks, and calm hand gestures give her an unmistakably grandmotherly warmth—tempered by an authority that quietly fills the room.

Sharina Melloy enters the White Tower as an elderly novice, an unusual sight whose age and dignity do nothing to diminish her remarkable potential in the One Power. She meets the Tower’s discipline with calm, self-possession, and the kind of authority that makes others take notice. Her presence unsettles assumptions about what a novice can be, while her steady, grandmotherly manner gives her a distinctive place among the women around her.
Description
Sharina is an elderly woman with gray hair drawn tightly into a neat bun and cheeks marked by fine wrinkles. She has broad hips and a dignified, grounded build, and wears the plain white wool dress of a novice. Her calm hand signals and composed posture carry a quietly commanding, grandmotherly presence. Her age and unhurried assurance distinguish her amid the younger novices.
