Setha’s yellow hair is an immediate contrast to the hard, watchful set of her face. She carries herself with the clipped authority of someone used to being obeyed, though a thin, high voice gives her sternness an unexpected edge.

Setha is introduced as a severe Seanchan sul’dam, her discipline reflected in her rigid dress and watchful manner. Later, stripped of that role, she appears in a wet dark cloak, attempting awkward curtsies with a high, chirping voice. Her former authority is thrown into uneasy relief by the vulnerability of that diminished, unsteady bearing.
Description
Setha has yellow-blond hair and a stern, frowning face, with the look of a woman accustomed to supervising others. Her sul’dam clothing includes a gray wool dress with a high, close-fitting collar. In another appearance, a wet, dark cloak envelops her, and her stiff manner gives way to awkward attempts at a curtsy. Her eye color, complexion, and precise build are not specified.
