Her bright-blue eyes make an arresting contrast with the young face they look out from; there is nothing youthful in the cool steel of her appraisal. Reports tucked in hand and a blue-fringed shawl about her, she gives the impression of someone too occupied with the world’s troubles to care whether she looks graceful in the saddle.

Siuan was once the Amyrlin Seat, until she was deposed and stilled. The woman seen afterward has the face of a young girl, yet carries herself with the hard, experienced judgment of a former leader. She continues to keep close to the work of the rebel cause, bearing reports and using her knowledge and instincts in service of Egwene’s camp.
Description
Siuan has the face of a young girl and strikingly bright-blue eyes, whose intensity suggests a far more seasoned mind than her youthful features imply. She wears a shawl with blue fringe and is often seen carrying folders of reports. Her seat on Bela is awkward rather than practiced; her hair, complexion, and build are not specified.
