Hound is Perrin Aybara’s sturdy bay warhorse, a faithful companion whose temperament is as forceful as his build. He proves protective of his rider, quick to put his teeth between Perrin and an unwelcome intruder. Perrin treats him with familiar affection, and Hound answers that care with dependable service and spirited loyalty.
