As head of the Mon family, Keth embodies its authority: imposing, guarded, and accustomed to being obeyed. He stands against Lindon during the Unsouled’s trial, but Lindon’s Empty Palm leaves him undefended and turns the encounter into a sharp humiliation. His brief role is a measure of the clan’s power—and of how unexpectedly that power can be challenged.
Description
Keth is an imposing man, tall and broad enough to seem mountain-built, with a short beard and a face held in a stern, settled expression. Slate-gray robes hang from his massive frame, and a sword rests across his back. He often stands with his arms folded, his rigid posture lending him the immovable presence of an ancient guardian statue.
