There's nobility in the way he carries himself—not the polished grace of court, but the rough dignity of a man who leads from the front. His presence suggests both the refinement of his lineage and the steel of his sword.

Apollinaris was the valiant son of Sidonius Apollinaris who chose to fight alongside the nobles of Auvergne when their homeland faced invasion. Leading from the front as a military commander, he met his end at the Battle of Poitiers while defending his people against the Visigoths. His sacrifice embodied the courage of the Gallic nobility in their final struggles against barbarian conquest.

Description

A noble warrior of strong build, his features marked by both aristocratic breeding and the hardships of military command. His skin shows the weathering of a man who spends his days in armor and field command. He wears the distinctive clothing of an Auvergnian noble—practical yet bearing the marks of his station—with the bearing of someone accustomed to leading men into battle.
