Kerboga, also known as Kerbogha or Codbuka, was the Turkish prince of Mosul who commanded a formidable coalition of twenty-eight Turkish emirs during the siege of Antioch. His military campaign represented one of the most significant threats to the Crusader forces, backed by his impressive movable palace tent that could accommodate two thousand persons, demonstrating both his wealth and military organization.

Description

Kerboga presents the image of Eastern nobility with olive skin, dark hair and beard, wearing ornate silk robes and a turban befitting his status as prince of Mosul. His most striking feature is the magnificent movable palace tent that serves as his headquarters, capable of housing two thousand persons, surrounded by his twenty-eight Turkish emirs in military dress.
