Pran Chole, the White Fox, is a Bone Caster of Kig Aven’s clan among the Kron T’lan Imass. He appears briefly as a figure of austere authority, his presence shaped as much by stillness as by his strange, antlered silhouette. The book offers little of his personal history, leaving him a vivid glimpse of the ancient Imass and their traditions.
Description
Pran Chole is squat, with smooth gold-toned skin and a wide face whose pronounced bones show beneath its surface. His eyes are nearly hidden by tight lids, but their startling amber color catches the light. He wears layered tanned deer hides and a flat gray skull-cap covered in fuzzy material, its antlers stretching outward. His long, supple hands and quiet, weathered presence complete the impression of an old ritual figure.
