Oslo appears in the Red Rising Saga as a polished, professional broker whose brief but pivotal role in Iron Gold marks him as a shadowy facilitator within the criminal underworld. Operating as the intermediary between the Ophion Guild and the Syndicate, Oslo’s polished demeanor belies the dangerous networks he navigates, serving as the meticulous contact who inspects and pays for stolen artifacts. His relationship with Ephraim ti Horn is strictly transactional, ending abruptly after the Lightbringer job, after which Oslo vanishes from the narrative without further personal history or fate revealed.

Description

Oslo is slender, with squid-ink-black skin and a bald head. His white irises lend his gaze an unsettling quality, heightened by a digital monocle over his right eye. He wears a white business tunic with a starched high collar and sleeves that reach his knuckles, presenting a neat, controlled, distinctly professional figure.
