Iyatil is the inscrutable master of Mraize and a leader of the Ghostbloods. She receives reports from the spy watching Shallan, just as Mraize does, placing her among the organization’s unseen decision-makers. The book offers little direct access to her, preserving the sense of a powerful figure operating at a remove.
Description
The text provides no physical description of Iyatil. Her height, build, age, complexion, hair, eyes, clothing, and distinguishing features are unspecified; she is characterized only by her position and inscrutable reputation.
