A trusted member of Venli’s inner circle, Mazish helps keep watch for spies and becomes a source of information about the people around her. Married to Dul, she brings both loyalty and tenderness to the work of protecting their community. When the refuge is shaken, she cares for fallen Radiants and takes up Venli’s writ and map, helping shape a path toward safety for Kaladin’s family. Her quiet service becomes part of the fragile network that keeps hope alive.
Description
Mazish is a squat female Listener, compact and solidly built, with the carapace and distinctive features of her people; the text does not specify her skin, eye, or hair coloring. She is described in workform, sometimes wearing nimbleform, in practical clothing suited to work and movement. Her appearance is unshowy and functional, while her attentive presence gives her a quietly reassuring air.
