Nynaeve is an Aes Sedai from the Two Rivers and a close friend of Elayne, remembered in connection with earlier events in Samara. Among the women who can channel, her strength in the One Power is a benchmark, surpassed in potential only by Sharina. Though she is mentioned rather than present in these passages, her reputation arrives with unmistakable weight.
Description
Nynaeve is described as a young woman with a long, dark braid, and she is an Aes Sedai from the Two Rivers. No specific details of her complexion, eyes, facial features, build, or clothing are supplied here. Her braid is the clearest visual detail, while the text's references to her immense potential suggest a presence that others remember distinctly.
