Rodrivar Tihera commands the Defenders of the Stone in Tear, carrying the title of Captain of the Stone. The text presents him through the distinctive ceremonial uniform of his office rather than through personal history or relationships. His place in the account is brief, but the crisp regalia makes his military authority unmistakable.
Description
The text does not specify Tihera's face, complexion, hair, eyes, age, or build. His uniform is unmistakable: a helmet with a barred visor and three short white feathers above a mirror-bright cuirass. Beneath it he wears a black jacket with black-and-gold striped sleeves, finished with three interwoven gold braids on white lining at each cuff. The overall impression is formal, polished, and resolutely military.
