Verin gives the impression of a mind wandering down several paths at once, softened by a round face and an almost absent-minded manner. Look closer, though, and her dark eyes are attentive—quietly collecting far more than she lets on.

Verin is a Brown sister, a thinker fascinated by the nature of ta’veren and a traveler who brings news from Tear. Her distracted manner and practical brown traveling clothes make her seem unassuming, but her attentive eyes hint at the keen mind beneath. She later stands among the Aes Sedai who swear fealty to Rand at Dumai’s Wells, a turning point that places the observant scholar within the upheavals of the age.
Description
Verin has a round face and hair streaked with gray, usually arranged with practical simplicity. Her dark eyes are attentive beneath a thoughtful, slightly distracted expression. She favors a brown traveling dress with divided skirts and carries a cloak when on the road. Her manner is unhurried and scholarly, giving her a modest, quietly observant presence.
